Here’s a better version, created from the HD source audio. Sounds a lot more dynamic and less “broadcasty” than the DAT recording I put earlier:
HD transport stream with 384k 3/2 AC3 audio > MPEG Streamclip (demux to stereo 48k AIFF) > Soundtrack Pro (trim, fades and normalize levels) > Fission (to split tracks) > xACT > FLAC
